Green bean salad
Ensalda de judías verdes

Vegetarian
Starter

Ingredients
Feeds 3
Green beans 250 gr
Garlic 1 large clove (cut into thin slices)
Vinegar
Olive oil
   
 
Method

  • Cut the beans in 3cm pieces and cut in half lengthwise

  • Boil them till soft. I like them very soft so the longer the better

  • Drain and put aside when ready

  • Pour vinegar on a frying pan just to almost cover surface

  • Heat it up and add the beans, stiring continuously for a while till the vinegar evaporates

  • Put them in a bowl or plate and wipe the frying pan with kitchen roll or whatever you like

  • Pour oil over the pan to taste

  • When hot, add the garlic and fry till brown

  • When garlic is ready, pour it together with the oil over the beans


Add salt to taste
