Seafood dip
Paté marino

Starter

Ingredients
Tin of mussels 1 (natural)
Tin of tuna 1
Crab stick 2 or 3
Mahonaise 125 gr approx (or to taste)
 
 
Method

  • Put the mussels, tuna and crab sticks in a recipient and blend together

  • Add mahonaise to achieve the desired texture. I personally like it with lots of it but no more than 250 gr for these amounts

  • Blend together till mixed


This is really nice on toasted bread from the packet, bread sticks and particularly on ciabatta bread.


Very appropriate as tapas for parties or whatever.
